6 Day Luxury Queenstown
DAY 3
Salmon fishing on Lake Wanaka has been famous with the locals for years, now it is your opportunity to catch some fresh South Island wild salmon, or sit back, enjoy the sunshine, and have it caught for you.
This intricate and sheltered lake lies over the mountain pass north of Queenstown. The drive and the view from the top are truly spectacular. After a lunch of freshly smoked salmon on an untouched pebble beach, we explore Ma Waho Island with panoramic mountain vistas as far as you can see.
Canapés this evening are enjoyed in the cosy surroundings of a private art gallery. You will be introduced to contemporary New Zealand art by an expert, before returning to your villa for a beautiful private dining experience prepared on site by your personal Chinese chef.
DAY 4
What better way to explore the virgin rainforest that dominates the mountains west of Queenstown than a helicopter flight to Dusky Sound.
Beyond the rain forest lie untouched beaches thriving with marine life where you will see penguins, seals and native bird life, with dolphins plying the calm waters of the fiord below. We fly over deep valley fiords, towering waterfalls and glaciers before we land at a mountain top location to dine on freshly prepared crayfish, a most sumptuous lunch.
Our personal shopper chaperone ensures you get to visit only the best boutiques amongst the myriad of shopping options in Queenstown before we dine – kiwi style – at the best Queenstown has to offer.
